Passion: Creating learning experiences for students that enable them to achieve success and enjoy their learning.
Melanie Berwick
Role: Secondary Teacher
Specialism: From 16 years of teaching experience, I have been able to gain a broad understanding of requirements for a diverse range of educational needs.
Passion: Celebrating the children I teach for their differences, encouraging and praising them whether they give the correct answer or not, and supporting them to reach their full potential.
Geraldine Badham
Role:Office Manager
Specialism: Secretarial and administration, which has given me a good background into organisation of systems to benefit users, making their roles easier
Passion: 15 years’ experience as a driving instructor teaching pupils of all ages and specialising in confidence building, recovery from illness and special educational needs, has given me a good grounding to work in this environment.

Specialism: 17 years teaching children from a diverse variety of backgrounds, with a special interest in child and neuro-brain development, and its impact on learning and development.
